Carolina Hospice Care is a state licensed health care agency specializing in palliative care for the terminal ill and those with life limiting conditions. Unlike traditional health care, provided in a hospital or clinic setting, our services are also provided in your home. Our staff comes to you wherever you call home.

Services are provided by our team of physicians, nurses, social workers, personal care aids, chaplains, bereavement counselors, and volunteers. This is a team composed of caring, experienced professionals devoted to their work. We work closely together to ensure we are meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients and their families.

Our services are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are committed to doing same day (or any time that meets your convenience) admissions or informational visits. We will be happy to meet with you to discuss our services to see if we are able to meet your needs without any obligation to us.
