Bereavement Resources and Support Groups

Carolina Hospice Care Support Program provides each family who experiences the loss of a loved one:

• A comprehensive resource packet of bereavement information

• Follow-up correspondence at designated intervals up to thirteen months after the loss

• Access to bereavement library reading material

• Short term grief counseling by telephone or office visit

• Invitations to all Carolina Hospice Care programs involving education on grief and bereavement, support groups and annual memorial services.

Support Groups

Day and evening groups are offered weekly and monthly in the tri-county area.

Meets Wednesday at 3:00 pm

Mt. Pleasant: New Beginnings Support Group
Carolina Hospice Care Office
Meets every Tuesday at 10:30am

Beaufort area:  New Beginnings Support Group
Carolina Hospice Care Office
Meets 2nd and 4th Tuesday @ 10:30am
